THE TEMPLE OF ART IS BUILT IN WORDS!!!!

It was a normal day of my life as usual I attended my college lectures and started packing as I was going to DEHU ALANDI SHEGAON. I was going there to give my CET exam of fine arts and applied arts as decided we left the house at 5pm.

We start our journey, we went by road we then stopped at the pune express Highway at the food mall as I was craving for some food we went to McDonald's and Starbucks had a burger and chocolate cappuccino. We then started our journey again, ALANDI  was just one hour away from Pune express Highway.

We first went to my exam center. I saw, it was the MIT academy of engineering as my exam was the next day in the morning we needed a place to spend our night when then I asked the security guard for a hotel were we could spend our night he then suggested us the ‘SHRI GAJANAN MAHARAJ SANSTHAN' we then went there and booked our rooms the rooms there were cheap it was just 275 rupees and then we were very hungry we asked the staff for food they then told us that the sansthan where we were staying had their dinner timings only till 8pm.We then went to a restaurant to have food the food there was good but I did miss the taste of the mumbai food.                           We then went to our room as I was very tried as soon as I went in the room I laid for five minutes and then took a room tour the room was pretty good and clean but there was no A/C and Geyser it was a bit weird but it was ok as we were there for only one day.

The day in morning me and my Grandma woke up early and went for a morning walk we walked up to the top there was a temple, from the temple we could see the whole city.

It was made up of white marble. It is a master piece of fine art. The building is very spacious and impressive. There are many beautiful idols of gods and goddesses . Priests were sitting in front of the idols. Incense stick were burning and it was giving out sweet smell. The idols were decorated with ornaments and fresh flowers . Devotees were singing bhajans and were giving their offerings to priests. The priests were chanting mantras and giving blessings to the devotees. The atmosphere was really calm and peaceful. I then offered some fruits and flowers to ‘SHRI GAJANAN MAHARAJ, SANT TUKARAM & SANT DNYANESHWAR' the priests gave me blessings and gave me ‘Charnamrit and prasad'.I said my prayers in front of the idols, meditated for a while and then returned back to the room.

A temple has a special place in Indian Hindu Life . It is an exclusive place where people go to worship , to pay their thanks to some overseeing power for his bounties and blessings . There was a time when education was imparted in temple but it was purely religious .

It was then time to go for my exam. The exam went really good we were then going back to Mumbai but since there was a climatic problem we had to extend our trip.

The next day as the weather was good we started our journey back to Mumbai in the middle of the road we took two stops. We first visited our relatives place and then went to my dad's friends place we then safely came back home.

I really enjoyed the trip even though there was not much to do as I stepped out of my house after COVID , for a two days after a really long time it was altogether a nice trip and I really enjoyed it .
I returned home with peace of mind.
